Does 600D × 600D mean the duct is abrasion resistant?
No. Yarn specification is only one input. Abrasion also depends on weave, density, surface system, weight, seams and the actual contact mode.
Can a UL 94 VTM-0 record on a fabric card be advertised as a pass for the whole duct?
No automatic extension should be made. Review the report material, specimen condition, method and scope, then verify the complete duct assembly to project requirements.
What should a buyer include in the first RFQ?
Provide use, diameter, length, airflow pressure, temperature, environment, durability target, color, quantity, target tests and delivery timing.
