Fabric routes
HM002 is the primary TC route for this UK sourcing page. HM024 is the ripstop comparison route. Both require current-sample, finish, project-test and document-scope review before bulk approval.
Primary material route
80% polyester / 20% cotton, 150D*10STC and high-visibility yellow. Use this as the first route for uniform and workwear sourcing, then confirm the current sample, shade, finish and buyer-required tests.
Ripstop comparison route
80% polyester / 20% cotton, 150D*21S+10STC and high-visibility yellow. Compare this route when ripstop construction needs a separate project review; do not infer tear, abrasion, waterproof or garment performance from the catalog record alone.
If a coated or laminated outer-layer route is required, describe the required performance and test method in the enquiry. We will discuss it only after the exact material record, sample and document scope can be reviewed.
UK buying brief
A more complete brief reduces unsuitable samples and makes the first quotation discussion more useful.
Jacket, trouser, coverall or vest; construction, rail, utilities, logistics, roadwork or another application.
Composition, construction, target GSM, colour direction, stretch, coating, lamination and laundering expectation.
Required standard, report colour, test scope and whether the request concerns fabric, components or finished-garment conformity.

Commercial route
MOQ is 1,000 metres. Sample cost is confirmed by fabric specification, sample size and metres, and can be deducted from a bulk order. New sample development lead time is 30 days; bulk lead time is confirmed against the ordered quantity.

Important boundary
After an internal document-applicability review, we can discuss relevant controlled fabric specifications, available swatches and document scope for the selected route. Applicability depends on the product code, colour, finish, sample or lot, target market and document purpose.
These materials support route selection, sample review and quality communication. They do not automatically release every bulk lot or certify the finished garment. Final garment conformity also depends on the garment design, fluorescent background area, retroreflective component placement, construction, marking and the applicable UK conformity process.
For rail procurement, tell us if a rail-industry specification such as RIS-3279-TOM applies so the request can be recorded separately. Do not assume a general orange fabric direction satisfies a rail contract.

Confirm sample cost, colour direction, specification and available controlled documentation before relying on a bulk decision.
